Total Control Fitness: Trimming the Ego Fat
You've made great strides in your fitness, from improvements in your eating habits, to a more consistent workout schedule. But I'm diappointed in how you've let your selfish desires and your ego get in the way of you achieving your goals in a more timely manner. When you hired me, I was clear that since I am the best personal trainer in the city, I can be very selective about my clients, and I do not tolerate less than perfect dedication. You've fallen short of that. So instead of continuing to work only on your physical fitness, we're going to work on your mental and emotional fitness. Mental training makes physical goals easier. Discipline equals consistency, and consistency builds results. Since you're so distracted by my legs right now, proving my point, I'm going to use it to work on your immediate compliance. You're going to sip each time I cross my legs. And also, you're going to sniff that bottle of essential oils each time I snap my fingers. You will do as I say and you will like it. You will feel the fat of your ego melting away as my words melt into your subconscious mind. And when we're done with our session today, you'll have your new triggers deep in your mind, you will have a renewed sense of dedication to your fitness and to me, and you will have your new assignemets: journal, tribute, and check-in weekly. There will be more to come, but this is just the next step in the process of molding you into the leg zombie you are becoming.
